Hi, I’m Michael Dal Pozzo — a licensed independent insurance broker proudly based in Chatham, Illinois, serving clients across Springfield and all of Central Illinois and throughout the states of Illinois, Missouri, and Michigan. I specialize in Medicare, Marketplace (ACA) plans, life insurance, and a range of supplemental coverage like dental, vision, accident, and disability. Before launching my own agency, I spent over 20 years in sales and management. I’ve always believed in treating people right, leading with integrity, and giving clients the kind of clear, honest advice I’d want for my own family. That’s exactly how I approach insurance — no pressure, no gimmicks, just real help from someone who cares.
Why I Do This
I truly enjoy helping people — especially when it comes to something as important and often confusing as Medicare or health insurance. I’ve seen firsthand how overwhelming it can be, and I take a lot of pride in making it easier to understand and giving people the clarity they need to make the right choice for themselves or their family.
But for me, it’s also about creating a life that reflects what matters most. Starting with my own agency gave me the opportunity to serve others while still being present for my family. My wife and I have two boys, and being there for them — at their games, around the dinner table, or during the small everyday moments — means the world to me. That kind of balance is something I deeply value.
